* Selected boiler with horizontal flue (elbow from top of boiler straight through the wall) if a Vertical Flue is needed it will incur extra cost

* Boiler Plus Wireless Programmable Room Thermostat
* System Flush
* Treatment with Inhibitor on completion
* Gas Safe Building Regulation Compliance Certificate

Combi to Combi prices are for the new boiler going in the same location as the old one. If relocation is required extra cost will be incurred.
